I’m located in central Lincoln near 48th & Normal Blvd. I’m on the 2nd floor of the Long Professional Building.

Where do I park?
Clients can park for FREE in the parking lot in front of the building.
How long is a typical session?
Most sessions run 45-55 minutes, depending on what you need and are working on.
What do I do to get started?
Call me! Or text me. You should probably text because, let’s be honest, we all text way more than we talk on the phone.
How do I pay?
I accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards. I don’t understand bitcoin or cryptocurrency, so I’m not ready to take those yet.
Do you accept insurance?
I accept most BCBS plans and Medicaid.
What age range do you work with?
I work with teens and adults up to age 65.
Who do you work with?
Everyone is welcome, including individuals and couples from all walks of life, regardless of their background, beliefs, or identities.
Does anyone cry in front of you?
Sometimes, and sometimes I will cry with you. There are tissues in my office – a lot of tissues.
Who benefits from therapy?
Everybody can benefit from therapy if they put in the work. Heck, even therapists have therapists!
Is there anyone you will not see?
The only people I don’t see are people who won’t do the work. I never work harder than my clients. Oh, I don’t work with kids because I’m not a child therapist.
What is EMDR?

Do couples fight in front of you?
Yes, sometimes. Then, we will work on resolving the conflict and repairing the relationship.
Do you take sides in couples therapy?
Yes! I prefer french fries or roasted brussels sprouts. Oh! You mean in couples therapy. No, I do not take sides. I want to remain in neutral territory – a third party reflecting what is happening and providing skills to improve and strengthen the relationship.
Am I allowed to ask personal questions?
Yes! It doesn’t mean I’ll always answer them.
What apps make your life better?
I use Google Calendar, Life 360 (kids), and Marco Polo.
